This hybrid training and social-climbing group will help you push through plateaus, get stronger physically and mentally, and unlock the power of PSYCH. With structured climbing activities to give your session some focus, a weekly workout emphasis and tons of positive vibes, you're sure to find something to love.
Led by a Boulders Climbing Gym instructor, participants will learn new skills and techniques while honing those already in their toolbelt- all climbing abilities welcome! Shared Psych is fully scalable to meet your needs, whether you're crushing V8 or brand new to the scene. Shared Psych: 50% Climbing, 50% Fitness, 100% PSYCHED!

Eastside classes are on a drop-in enrollment schedule. Join us for up to 3 sessions a week, or simply pop in for the ones that fit your schedule!

$10 for non-members (does not include membership)
Mondays, 7-9pm
Wednesdays, 7-9pm
All classes take place at our Eastside location.
